Artist Statement
As a Thai artist living abroad, I confront and celebrate idiosyncratic moments of childhood, family, and social interaction via translations of my everyday experiences, multilingualism, and foreign culture through my neurodivergent lens. This results in abstract and mechanized interactive installations made with commonplace, everyday materials that investigate the dichotomy between tension and comfort, constantly questioning the source and reason of both.
